In this video, I expose the University’s reality through 3 anecdotes I lived, which are very telling, and providing audio recordings from a professor’s lecture of Political Economy.
I also touch on the role of ACARA’s curriculum in declining literacy and the consequent increase in homeschooling (111% in the past 5years!) as more and more parents have had enough of their children being indoctrinated.
Lastly, my third anecdote tells about how I have refused the complete a compulsory subject and threatened legal action if the university did not offer me an alternative subject.
Never would have I thought this is what my academic life was going to be like when I started Uni. I found myself in an environment in which left wing ideologies were pushed through every subject. We are talking about topics like “cannibal” and “racial capitalism”, “towards queer indigenous relationally”, “redeeming whiteness”, “decolonisation”, and “decoloniality of sexuality” (whatever that means?).
Needless to say, not a friendly environment for conservative students.
Political neutrality must be restored and focus must be brought back on core subjects. This is the only way to improve the declining literacy on this country, bring back common sense, and overcome many of the societal issues we face today as a society.
No more indoctrination: just education!
